Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers via email and chat

* Collaborate with game providers and internal departments by forwarding reports and feedback
* Verify player accounts and customer identities to ensure a safe and secure environment
* Identify customer needs and offer creative solutions for improvement
* Manage and monitor customer deposits with precision and care
