Your mission is to ensure the reliability of digital services, structure needs, and coordinate. Your responsibilities Support & (priority) Ensure N1 support for the incidents and assets, prioritizing and documenting with N2/N3 Infrastructure & services Ensure the quality and availability of the network, Wi-Fi, and Internet connections at our various sites Monitor external technical interventions Maintain the IT Digital & multi-brand environment Understand the architecture of websites, newsletter tools, and blogs Ensure technical coherence between websites and with the team in charge of our online presence Contribute to the stability and security of internal tools Gather and formalize business needs into elements understandable by the IT team to ensure coherent evolution of the system X IT Ensure planning follow-up Identify risks and issues with the internal IT team Desired profile Vocational diploma in IT with 3 to 5 years of experience (or equivalent) Experience in evolved N1 IT support or IT Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments Solid knowledge of networks, infrastructures, and cloud environments for SMEs Understanding of web environments (CMS, hosting, newsletter tools) Ability to analyze business needs Ease in project management and monitoring Curiosity, desire to collaborate, service-oriented, autonomy, and This position is not a developer position a senior cybersecurity expert role an IT director position jid2dd5ec1aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
