Job Description
1. Possessing an understanding of digital marketing with a broad understanding of digital media and its scope.
2. Continuously striving to innovate solutions for efficient execution with better results to deliver customer delight.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools.
4. Good understanding of Digital Marketing formats, especially Email marketing and social channels.
5. Undertake Salesforce.com and Pardot marketing database clean-up to enrich and update data integrity.
6. Develop and execute campaigns for account-based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand creation in Salesforce.com and Pardot, aligned with campaign objectives.
7. Proactively advise clients on improving marketing processes using lead nurturing and customer buyer journey best practices.
8. Perform analytics on campaigns to demonstrate success, including segmentation and targeting, on a project basis.
Primary Skills
1. Work with Onshore Marketing Managers to define metrics; measure, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
2. Define and implement new marketing automation methodologies to maximize efficiency.
Secondary Skills
1. Collaborate with internal teams to design responsive emails and templates.
2. Effectively collaborate with clients.
