Building an industry-changing global business takes hard work and commitment, and we are seeking a Sales Manager - Fleet to join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team.
The Role
The Sales Manager - Fleet will work with a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Europe and Asia Pacific, playing a pivotal role in driving growth in our core segment, our fleet customers. This position is fully office-based in Zug, Switzerland or Ljubljana, Slovenia, with some international travel required. Applicants must have the right to live and work in Switzerland or Slovenia, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
The primary focus of the Sales Manager – Fleet is to develop and execute sales strategies to increase segment revenue, demonstrate added value to customers, and drive growth in the fleet business line.
This involves achieving sales targets and KPIs, acquiring new customers, implementing innovative strategies, increasing revenue from existing clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role also includes fostering customer advocacy through referrals and recommendations.
Additional responsibilities include market analysis to identify trends and needs, supporting sales and marketing strategy development, maintaining accurate data in Active Campaign, managing workflow via Trello, overseeing contract timelines, collaborating with Finance for billing accuracy, and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the company.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A tertiary degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or related fields
* At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development, preferably with scalable SaaS solutions
* Solid understanding of the private aviation market and trip planning software
* Experience with CRM tools such as Active Campaign
* A proven track record of increasing sales YoY through strategic initiatives
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
* Fluency in English
* A logical, methodical approach with ambition, attention to detail, and process understanding
* A commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement
* A dynamic, team-oriented mindset based on unity, fun, and pioneering spirit
* Availability to work in our offices in Zug or Ljubljana, with flexibility in hours and occasional international travel
