Legal Counsel (80-100%)
We are looking for support for our dedicated Legal Department and are excited to offer an engaging opportunity as a Legal Counsel. In this role, you will advise the entire McDonald’s Switzerland organization on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, as well as contract management. In addition, you will be a member of the Global Legal and Compliance department and benefit from cross-functional and cross-market knowledge sharing and networking. Close collaboration with all McDonald’s Switzerland departments will offer you insights into the diverse economic interconnections of a successful, growing, and dynamic company, where you will actively contribute as a business partner.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on key contractual matters and manage contracts efficiently.
Contribute to the company’s success through smart legal advice.
Participate in the implementation of the global and local data protection program and provide legal advice on data protection, including assessing digital and AI technologies.
Independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (e.g., supply, service, technology agreements, T&Cs, data processing agreements), particularly in an international group environment, and support contract management.
Provide comprehensive advice and prepare decision-making bases and action recommendations for internal departments on legal matters.
