The opportunity
Join us and be part of a culture where Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will be responsible for the design, integrity, and quality of SAP solutions and integrated applications delivered to the business. You will play a key role in ensuring that our SAP services meet business requirements and deliver value across global projects.
How you’ll make an impact
1. Define and maintain the technical SAP solution architecture, ensuring alignment across modules and integrated applications
2. Engage in requirements engineering to assess standard functionalities, enhancements, and acceptable workarounds
3. Translate functional designs into technical specifications and validate use case documentation
4. Collaborate with project owners, business functions, and third parties to prioritize and validate incoming business demands
5. Establish rules, principles, and guidelines for technical solution development
6. Ensure non-functional requirements and operational standards are incorporated into solution design
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry practices, bringing innovation into the SAP CoE
8. Support cross-stream collaboration to develop optimized, end-user-focused solutions aligned with SAP standards and work closely with users to understand current procedures and clarify future requirements
Your background
9. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
10. 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 8+ years in solution architecture with a focus on S/4HANA systems
11. At least 5 years of experience in global projects within your domain of expertise
12. Certification in S/4HANA functional area Source to Pay
13. Experience with SAP ABAP programming and SAP ALE-IDOC (preferred)
14. Strong ability to bridge business and IT, translating requirements into effective solutions
15. Proven leadership in delivering business value through virtual teams
16. Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and support change
17. Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
