Swiss Police InstituteUniversity Internship (60–100%, for a period of 8 to 12 months)The Swiss Police Institute (SPI) is the competence center for basic and continuing training for Swiss police forces and ensures the implementation of a training doctrine. It offers courses for specialists and managers, coordinates federal professional and higher professional examinations for police officers, and certifies police security assistants. Furthermore, it develops learning media for police training and promotes applied research on topics relevant to the police.
