What You’ll Do
* Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
* Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
* Build strong relationships with decision‑makers
* Provide insight‑driven recommendations & tailored solutions
* Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
* Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
* C1+ level of German
* Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
* A consultative, client‑focused communication style
* CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome!)
* Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
* A results‑driven mindset with proven success
* Excellent time management & problem‑solving skills
