Lab analytical scientist

PTransforming data into decisions through precision analytical science. /ppProclinical is seeking a Lab Analytical Scientist to support analytical activities for clinical development and process validation stage products. This role focuses on method suitability assessment, validation, verification, and transfer in alignment with GMP ICH guidelines and quality systems. The position requires strong expertise in physical and chemical technologies, with an emphasis on pharmacopeia requirements and global alignment. /ppPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pliPromote technical innovation, scientific understanding, and best practices. /liliDesign and execute experiments, interpret results, and review data for physical and chemical techniques. /liliPrepare validation and transfer protocols, reports, and procedures for test methods. /liliCollect and evaluate scientific data to draw informed conclusions. /liliSummarize and communicate high-quality information to customers and team members. /liliProvide troubleshooting and training support for analytical methods and instruments. /liliCollaborate on laboratory process optimization and implement corrective measures. /liliLead laboratory investigations, change requests, and CAPA implementation. /liliAct as a Subject Matter Expert for physical and chemical techniques. /liliCoordinate project tasks related to the Analytical Science team. /lipbKey Skills and Requirements: /b /pliFull-time, on-site presence is required. /liliBusiness-fluent English; German is a plus. /liliExperience in the pharmaceutical industry, including GMP, method transfer, and validation. /liliBachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. /liliProficiency in tools such as LIMS, Trackwise, and DMS. /liliStrong soft skills, including flexibility, critical thinking, customer service, and communication. br/ /li
