At the end of next year, we will be opening a brand new restaurant at our resort as part of our fresh overall culinary concept. The focus will be on genuine, authentic Thai cuisine. We are looking for you - a committed personality with passion, know-how and drive.
You will develop innovative and authentic dishes that will delight our guests.
You will contribute fresh, creative ideas and add your personal touch to the menu.
You promote a harmonious and motivating team atmosphere and enjoy sharing your expertise with your colleagues.
You ensure that our high quality standards in taste, presentation and freshness are always maintained.
You introduce new employees to Thai cuisine with enthusiasm and know-how.
You actively take care of the fresh procurement of goods and optimize stock-keeping so that only the best ingredients are used.
Ihr Profil
You have extensive experience in Thai cuisine and ideally also in other Asian cooking styles.
You have international experience – for example, from working abroad.
You are creative, committed and enjoy working in a team.
You have experience in managing employees and know how to motivate and support a team.
You are fluent in English and have a good command of German; other languages are an advantage.
You show flexibility and communicate openly and respectfully.
You enjoy administrative tasks and are confident in using IT systems.
