This is a strategic role that combines licensing and merchandising expertise to drive growth in the Audi F1 Project's retail business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a licensing strategy aligned with the project's brand and commercial objectives. This involves managing and overseeing the end-to-end licensing process for branded products, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Support the development of compelling product offerings aligned with the brand's vision
* Negotiate and execute licensing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential licensees and partners
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field
* 2-3 years of proven track record in licensing management, preferably within the sports industry or for a sports brand/club
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Deep understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, and contract law
