How you create impact
Operational responsibility for coordinating and handling sea freight shipments, including organizing pre‑ and on‑carriage as well as port operations
Communication with shipping lines and service providers regarding release, booking, and processing of imports and exports
Preparation and management of transport documents and transparent documentation of customer-specific requirements
Monitoring and optimizing transport processes regarding efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and data quality
Processing orders and clarifying discrepancies in close coordination with internal departments and partners
Monitoring shipments, ensuring the fulfillment of customer KPIs, and maintaining relevant business relationships
What we would like you to bring
Completed training in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in sea freight
Confident use of MS Office and openness to new technologies
Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and solution‑oriented thinking
Fluent English skills, spoken and written
Fluency in one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian)
