Bio-Rad is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (100%) for its site in Cressier/FR. This is a 9-months temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
How You'll Make an impact
* Qualification/Validation:
*
o Lead on qualification/validation strategy and development
* Execution of qualification/validation
* Work with external companies to drive specific qualification/validation projects
* Project Management:
*
o Manage development and continuous improvement projects related to the function
* Develop a Lean Six Sigma approach to its activities
* Document Management: Keeps the documentation of the related activities up to date
* Support Calibration coordination tasks and projects
What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
* 3 -5+ years of experience in validation/qualification in a GMP environment (medical diagnostic/food industry/pharmaceutical).
* Good project management skills. Resilient, pragmatic and analytical thinking.
* Expertise in GMP requirements.
* Strategic thinker and effective negotiator.
* Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and with diverse functions.
* You are a native French or German speaker with an excellent knowledge of the other language; English language skills are a plus.
