IT Engineer
Location: Bulle, Switzerland (Site-Based)

About the role:
We are seeking a french speaking Senior IT Engineer with manufacturing experience for an on-site role in Bulle, Switzerland. The ideal candidate must have strong IT knowledge and basic experience in manufacturing or automation systems such as Aveva System Platform, Syncade, or Optimu is a plus. The candidate should be highly motivated, innovative, and a self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Ability to provide IT L3 support for the IT side of Manufacturing Applications
* Read and understand business User Requirements Specification Documents
* Support the execution of system changes and optimisation under site change control
Incident management:
* L3 support
* End to end IT incident management
* Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
* Monitoring Application health
Problem management:
* Proactive and reactive problem management
* Create and manage problem tickets
* Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)
Change Management:
* Create, manage change requests
* Follow up on change activities
* Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)
Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:
* Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
* Create installation procedures as appropriate
* Create and manage asset information in CMDB
* Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
* Create/update service desk guide
* Create/update configuration guide
Requirements:
* Senior IT Profile
* Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP (nice to have)
* Minimum over 10+ years relevant industry experience
* Pharma industry experience preferred but not essential
