Join us as a Data & Digital Workflow Specialist Contractor, where you’ll play a key role in improving how we handle, structure, and use scientific data. You will bridge the gap between technical and business functions, helping teams adopt innovative digital tools while ensuring our workflows comply with FAIR principles Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.
In this position, you will help shape seamless digital experiences for end-users, enhance data accessibility, and support broader strategic data initiatives across the organization.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Improve data accessibility and interoperability by implementing FAIR-compliant workflows and processes
* Optimize and streamline data pipelines, integrate digital tools, and migrate legacy data for better usability
* Lead solution design, rollout, and user enablement, including training and change management
* Document workflows and provide ongoing operational support to ensure system adoption and effectiveness
* Serve as a bridge between IT, business, and end-users, reporting progress and insights to leadership
Your Profile
* Masters degree in a scientific, engineering, bioinformatics, or data science discipline
* Minimum of 23 years of experience in business analysis, digital workflow optimization, and data pipeline design, ideally within a scientific or laboratory setting
* Strong understanding of FAIR data principles, process analysis, and product ownership
* Hands-on experience with SLIMS, LIMS, eLN, or other lab data management and automation systems is a plus
* Collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluent in English mandatory; German and/or French are advantageous
