PpASUS is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Junior Country Product Manager (100%) to help drive the growth of one of the most exciting PC brands in the Swiss market. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the headquarters in Taiwan as well as local and regional teams across Switzerland and neighboring countries. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for the ASUS Chromebook, Consumer Desktop, and All-in-One PCs product lines. /p pIn a well-established product portfolio, you plan and provide sales support for the entire product portfolio. You will also be involved in launching new products, product training, seasonal forecasts, stock management and investment application and control. /p pThis role offers great variety. A typical day would include line-up planning for a given segment, stock, run-rate monitoring, campaign and pricing investments, market data and competition analysis, coordination with logistic and marketing team, sales support on various topics regarding your product portfolio. /p pTo succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /p pYou will report directly to the Country Head in Switzerland. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 pMonitor, analyze, and manage the product, market and customers for SYS BG products (ASUS Chromebook, Consumer Desktop, and All-in-One PCs Product Lines) for the Swiss market. Identify and follow technology developments at key target leadership accounts within the target industries. Manage efforts with industry standards groups. Using this information, identify trends that are developing within the industries, and recommend and execute appropriate strategic and tactical maneuvers to further penetrate the industry with ASUS products. /p h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe primary function of the Junior Country Product Manager is the overall responsibility of a set product range and to develop business for ASUS within the targeted market segments /li liPerform a market analysis and comparison for products, pricing and channels /li liPrepare new product go-to-market plan and ensure new product message is well received by customers /li liWork and manage a select group of accounts to help drive the overall result /li liPerform routine product training for customers /li liCommunicate with customers on a regular basis, analyze customer feedback and provide solutions /li liPerform other duties as assigned /li /ul p(*Job functions are subject to change at any time) /p h3Qualifications and background /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience in a similar CPM role; prior experience in the IT industry is a plus. /li liExtensive knowledge of PC hardware (Laptop, Desktop PCs, All-in-One PCs) and/or related technologies /li liFamiliarity with the Swiss PC and/or related technology product market, along with market development skills /li liExpertise in planning and coordinating the logistics of promotional campaigns /li liProficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of BIS is an advantage /li liStrong organizational skills, versatile and flexible, with the ability to manage priorities and adapt enthusiastically to changing workflows /li liAbility to collect, interpret, and analyze complex data and information /li liAbility to prepare reports and business correspondence /li liAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages /li liProblem-solving and consultative sales skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German (Native) and English, Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage /li liAbility to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all organizational levels /li liProactive self-starter with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously /li liFlexible and creative team member, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within teams and committees /li liGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions /li liUp to 10% travel is required /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pYou will work closely with our business development manager, key account manager, and our marketing manager to make sure you have the best conditions to succeed. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
