TXT e-Swiss SA, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for an Digital Storyboarder / Instructional Designer to join its Switzerland-based team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of an innovative LMS, CMS, and TMS ecosystem for the aviation sector, delivered to a prestigious international client.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and development of E-learning content, including peer reviews.
* Creation of structured lesson plans aligned with defined training programs and regulatory requirements.
* Management of Quality Assurance activities and version control across all E-learning projects.
* Close collaboration with Engineering teams and other departments to validate technical content and ensure accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
* Active contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and learning methodologies.
* Support the growth of the team and the development of operational best practices.
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical or related fields.
Mandatory Technical Skills
* Proven experience in E-learning content development and use of authoring tools (E.g., Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Cornerstone LMS, EdCast LXP, etc.).
* Experience using SCORM methodology.
* Solid understanding of learning technologies: LMS, CMS, TMS.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Aviation background/passion (pilot or aircraft maintenance technician).
* Knowledge of the German language.

* Strong focus on quality, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in an international environment, both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
