Responsibilities
* Advise the Head of Finance GSC, CSCO, and site leaders to boost profitability and efficiency
* Standardize controlling processes, KPIs and reports; lead monthly reviews and variance analysis
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost targets for manufacturing and supply chain
* Track cost variances, ensure COGS transparency, and drive cost-saving initiatives
* Lead central controlling team and guide GBS controllers
* Provide financial analysis for CAPEX decisions and post-investment reviews
* Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Operations on strategic decisions
* Lead reporting automation and AI-driven financial improvement projects
About You
* Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A master\'s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
* 8+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position, preferably in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
* Extensive knowledge of core controlling metrics along accounting, reporting, analysis, planning, and performance management on N-2 level
* Persistence and drive, with a talent for solving problems through innovative thinking and continuous improvement
* Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
