How you can make an impact
You will work in a variety of industries, with a stronger focus on Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, Industrial Goods and Consumer.
On your projects, you could be analyzing the competitive landscape to support the product launch of a new drug, developing organic and inorganic growth opportunities for an industrial goods company, defining the digital transformation strategy and capabilities of a private bank, or engaging in scenario planning to identify sustainable competitive advantage for our clients in a dynamic environment.
You will quickly broaden your experiences, working with experienced international Deloitte professionals and high‑profile clients, often in flexible and agile team environments.

You will be addressing business problems in an analytical, insights‑driven manner with structured decision‑making, guided by senior leadership feedback, to deliver actionable strategic recommendations for our clients.
Who we are looking for
Incisive thinker, confident in structuring complex problems with concepts, analysis and frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret key drivers of business performance and develop a cohesive strategic narrative, with great attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial and innovation‑driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable professional presence.
Experience in working collaboratively in a team environment, with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
Fluency in English; German strongly preferred. Coding language experience (e.g., C#, C++, Python, R, SQL, et al.) is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Excellent academic achievements from a leading university or business school, with a Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
Challenging internships or initial professional experience or previous full‑time experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles.
