What You’ll Be Doing
* Document existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement as well as areas of weakness
* Define processes for new clients in collaboration with regional directors and clients
* Work closely and in a solution-oriented manner with various internal stakeholders
* Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture processes
* Contribute to process modeling using methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, depending on project needs
* Participate in the implementation or facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)
* Lead the implementation of new processes, including associated training and communication
* Support stakeholders in change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to process creation or improvement, while ensuring proper documentation is maintained
About you
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Manager
* Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Economics, or a related field
* Strong customer orientation and solid consulting skills
* Excellent communication abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in documenting detailed processes and activities to create clear and effective user guides
* Affinity for information technology and digitalization
* Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
* Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: process management, change management, customer relationship management, or implementation of digital solutions
* Fluency in German and English is required; Swiss German is a strong asset
* Willingness to travel frequently within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
* Primary workplace: Zurich
