Main Responsibilities:
1. Supports the local delivery of the marketing programs and initiatives as per the strategic and operational plan, including digital initiatives to create comprehensive omnichannel customer engagement
2. Is responsible for the marketing budget for the products under his / her responsibility in the country
3. Works effectively with field-based staff (sales reps), responsible for training them on strategy, materials and other product-related capabilities as well as providing support for local programs and initiatives
4. Manages external vendors / agencies and leads day-to-day operational projects
5. Ensures key performance metrics are in place, tracking and reporting KPIs to enable adherence to and tracking of local marketing budget
6. Tracks budget and acts upon performance metrics to increase marketing effectiveness
7. Ensures that all marketing activities are in line with regulatory, compliance and legal requirements, helps set up and monitor governance processes
8. Initializes and evaluates market research, market conditions, and competitor's data, extracting and implementing country-specific insights into the local marketing plan
9. Builds sustainable relationships with thought leaders and professional societies
10. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales and other functions at the affiliate level as well as with the EUCAN region
11. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and healthcare compliance requirements, corporate policies, and procedures, and drive this culture in the local organization
Qualifications and Experience:
12. Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
13. University degree and scientific background preferred
14. Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical marketing
15. Knowledge of the Swiss and/or Austrian market
16. Experience in neuroscience or psychiatry desirable
17. Analytical skills coupled with creativity and a well-structured working approach
18. Excellent planning and project management skills with the willingness to drive projects
19. Team player
20. Strong in communication and presentations
21. Fluency in German and English language
22. Experience in office based specialty care is a clear plus
23. Digitally savvy
24. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
