️ Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer Industrial Systems
Location : Zurich Area | Type : Permanent | Hybrid Work Option
An international manufacturing group is strengthening its Quality & Compliance organization and is searching for a Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer to ensure world-class standards across industrial and automotive product lines.
What Youll Do
* Negotiate quality agreements and manage relationships with key industrial & automotive clients.
* Lead internal audits, support certification activities (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and coordinate with global teams.
* Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
* 🪪 Oversee supplier quality, corrective actions, and customer feedback loops.
* Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle.
Your Profile
* 3+ years of experience in Automotive / Industrial Quality Management .
* Proficient with core quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
* Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* ️ Willingness for occasional travel.
* Strong communicator, structured thinker, and team-oriented professional.
