Your role:
As a Presales Consultant for Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365) services, you will act as a strategic link between our sales and delivery teams. You will guide customers inidentifying the right M365 service solutions and play a key role throughout the sales cycle.
Customer needs and solution development
Analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored M365 service solutions.
Collaborate with clients to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical requirements
Advise on Microsoft MS Security, Governance & Compliance, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Adoption & Enablement, AI / Co-pilot, Azure, Migration & Implementation
Support the sales team during the presales phase and contribute to proposal development
Proactively drive services opportunities in close alignment with the Account Manager
Participate in client meetings to provide functional expertise and present solutions in a compelling manner
Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services
Enjoy engaging in business development activities and identifying new opportunities for growth
Optimization and further development
Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer environments.
Proactively recommend new technologies and best practices in the M365 ecosystem
Further training and community involvement
Continuously expand your knowledge through certifications and training
Engage in industry events, webinars, and communities to stay ahead of trends and share insights

Job Requirements Qualifications:
Extensive experience in IT and cloud solutions, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace
Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Fluent in French and English
Soft Skills:
Creative & open-minded thinking
Adaptability & learning agility
Proactive collaboration & business drive
Nice-to-have:
Understanding of Design Thinking and best practices in project management
German language skills
MS-900, AZ-900 or AI-900 Certificate
