The "BICS" division focuses on the development of the next generations of inductive charging for automotive applications.
What you will move in this role:
1. Scheduling and monitoring project goals regarding timeliness, costs, specifications, and quality
2. Responsibility for personnel deployment and leadership of the project team (resource planning and management)
3. Managing relevant questions and tasks in collaboration with other departments
4. Continuous process optimization in collaboration with the project management team and other departments (PEP, ASPICE, VDA 6.3, etc.)
5. Documentation of relevant project results
What skills and experience you should bring:
1. Completed technical studies
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive project management and knowledge of typical process flows in the automotive environment
3. Know-how in the field of automotive series development and series production with a focus on e-mobility, power electronics, and/or software development
4. Strong personality, resilience, negotiation skills, and customer- and solution-oriented thinking
5. Willingness to travel internationally as well as independent working style and self-initiative
6. Fluent German and English skills in both written and spoken form, as well as good presentation skills
