Cadrans Fluckiger SA Process Manager (M/F) Mission In this role, in our Development Service, you will be responsible for managing product and/or production process projects and transactional processes, supporting production and actively participating in ongoing actions based on the standards you can create and evolve, autonomously, within the manufacture and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities Manage the development projects of new processes, existing processes, and the deployment of transactional processes in the production unit. Lead project follow-up meetings and facilitate technical sessions. Oversee the acquisition of production means while ensuring compliance with the schedule, budget, quality requirements, and deliverable compliance while tracking actions. Coordinate and bring together working groups (support functions, internal clients, suppliers) by assessing project and process risks (FMEA) and proposing action plans. Actively support production to ensure perfect mastery and performance of the current processes (research and analyze deviations from standards, address actions and corrective measures, conduct trials, identify line issues and bring them to the standard of system X Philippe). Manage the approaches for the issues, launching series 0, updating production files, maintaining the repository and production files, system data, and the research database. Technician ES or Bachelor's in mechanics or micromechanics with years of experience in a similar role in the field of micromechanics, watchmaking, or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of watchmaking mechanical techniques. Knowledge of the principles of MRP (Item, routing, MRP, -). Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks). Mastery of Quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Capability, -). Mastery of office tools (MS Office). Very good knowledge of Lean - Six Sigma tools (5S, SMED, process capability, -). Good knowledge of action-oriented approach, with the ability to persuade, manage interpersonal relationships, and handle complexity.
