“Role Description:
The Sales Account Manager (Fashion) plays a key role in managing and growing relationships with wholesale clients, agents, and distributors, ensuring the successful promotion and sale of the brand’s collections. This position requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the fashion industry, and the ability to support clients across multiple markets while maintaining the brand’s high-end positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of wholesale accounts and international partners.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and aligning them with the brand’s offering.
* Present seasonal collections during sales campaigns (both in showrooms and remotely).
* Collect and process orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company targets and production planning.
* Monitor sales performance by client and propose strategies for growth or reactivation.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
* Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to provide market input on collections and best-sellers.
* Ensure the correct presentation of the brand and product in clients’ stores or platforms, in line with brand image guidelines.
* Maintain and update client records and sales data using internal tools (e.g., ERP, CRM).
* Prepare regular reports and analysis on client performance and sales KPIs.
* Coordinate closely with customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and client support.
* Manage regional agents from distribution plan to Market and approval of clients and terms.
