The Shift Leader assists the Store Manager in supervising and coordinating restaurant activities, ensuring the Burger King brand image and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include managing operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper functioning of the restaurant.
He or she actively participates in team management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, motivating staff, and conducting performance appraisals.
Qualifications required include a BAC or equivalent (BAC +2), with skills in customer service, sales techniques, hygiene and food safety, inventory management, social legislation, team leadership, and excellent communication. The candidate should be dynamic, adaptable, punctual, and proactive.
The position offers a permanent contract with hourly remuneration based on the company’s pay scale.
