Base pay range
CHF100,000.00/yr - CHF115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Conception, development, and design of machinery and systems
* Creation of technical drawings and 3D models, especially using Catia V5
* Design and calculation of mechanical components and systems
* Collaboration with manufacturing, assembly, and sales departments to execute projects
* Improvement of existing products and processes regarding functionality, quality, and costs
* Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
* Compliance with standards, regulations, and quality norms in mechanical engineering
Qualifications
* Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education with further training
* Several years of professional experience in a similar role within machinery or plant engineering
* Excellent knowledge of 3D-CAD software, especially Catia V5
* Experience in designing and calculating mechanical components and systems
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in German, both spoken and written
