Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide strategy of inclusion, removing barriers to learning and success for all students.
* Collaborate with pedagogical, pastoral, and administrative leadership to ensure policies and processes are effectively applied.
* Establish and maintain Learning Support Agreements (LSAs) with parents, meeting regularly to review student progress.
* Take ownership of Individual Learning Plans (IEPs), ensuring these are effective, up to date, and impactful.
* Organise and deliver professional development for teachers and support staff to strengthen inclusive practices across the school.
* Work with external specialists and local partners to secure additional support and resources for students.
* Support the assessment and identification of student needs during the admissions process and throughout enrolment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree.
* Advanced qualifications and / or significant experience in inclusion, special educational needs, or learning support.
* Demonstrated success in leading inclusion within a school context, preferably in an international or independent setting.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate whole-school initiatives.
* Information technology literacy
* A passion for fostering an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
