Your Tasks
We are looking for a motivated Operations Junior to support and drive operational excellence across our radiology institutes. Based in Zug but readiness to travel all across Switzerland, this role will contribute to project execution, process optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality in clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of operational projects across multiple radiology centers.
* Assist in analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, resource allocation, and patient throughput.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, and administrative) to implement process improvements.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and insights.
* Coordinate and document project milestones, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
* Support change management and training activities to ensure adoption of new processes.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering,
or a related field.
* 1–3
years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process
improvement, ideally within the healthcare or radiology sector.
* Strong
analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple
priorities.
* Excellent
communication skills in English; German or French is an
asset.
* Proficient
with MS Office, project management, and data visualization tools.
* Proactive
mindset with a strong interest in healthcare operations and efficiency
improvement.
