Shape Impactful Learning Experiences
As a key member of our Talent & Organisational Development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that drive growth, leadership, and cultural transformation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft engaging learning experiences that support the development of our employees. From leadership development to embedding culture, your creativity and expertise will bring our values to life across the employee lifecycle.
* Design and Deliver Powerful Learning Programs:
* Craft engaging learning experiences - with a focus on leadership development (LDJ - Leadership Development Journey, Onboarding new leaders, pick & grow modules)
* Embed Our Values Across the Employee Lifecycle:
* Bring SMG's culture to life - from hiring to offboarding - through practical, people-first learning experiences
* Facilitate Workshops and Trainings:
* Lead leadership sessions, Culture & Feedback Bootcamps, team offsites, and workshops that spark connection, growth, and engagement
* Co-create Learning with Business Teams:
* Partner with teams across SMG to design learning that supports performance, development, and career growth
* Build Strong Learning Network:
* Manage internal trainers and external providers to ensure a high-quality, scalable learning experience
* Measure and Improve Impact:
* Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve and evolve our learning offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience designing, delivering, and facilitating modern learning programs in a corporate or international setting
2. Strong conceptual and organizational skills - ability to move between big-picture thinking and detailed planning
3. Fluency in English; German is a plus
4. A background in adult learning, organisational development, psychology, education, or a related field
5. An open, hands-on mindset with a love for trying new things and making learning practical and engaging
