Job Description
The Security Team Manager :
* serves as the day‑to‑day manager of a site security team
* is responsible for building a cohesive, well‑trained, and high‑performing security team
* client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, security operations center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance
* reports directly to the campus security manager, works alongside other security team managers in their campus, and manages other security personnel at their site.

* Demonstrated experience leading a team
* Demonstrated experience working in a client facing role

* Good English - written & verbal
* Strong computer / IT skills (inc. Presentations in Microsoft suite)
* Driving license
* Project management - capability to take a project from start to finish
