Ph3The Company /h3 pOur client is a global biopharmaceutical company located near Neuchatel, Switzerland, focused on RD and delivery of innovative medicines across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, haematology, immunology, and CVD. /p h3The Role /h3 pFor the Internal Site in Switzerland and External Manufacturing (ExM), the position holder will oversee the ERP Integration Project (SAP) Testing Plan, tracking and execution for Go‑Live to deliver on intended outcomes. /p ul liDefine, document and present cutover strategy in collaboration with project stakeholders. /li liOversee internal site ExM cutover activities for all functional areas (business and IT teams). /li liLead the internal site ExM testing plan for all functional areas (business and IT teams). /li liTrack and coordinate activities including test scope, preparation, execution schedule, and execution. /li liSupport functional leads in identifying script creators, approvers, testers, and defect managers. /li liEnsure testing‑related deliverables and schedules adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO. /li liLiaise and coordinate with all workstream leads – Cutover Lead, Training Lead, Oracle IT SMEs, IT DCMs and IT SAP team, Program Manager, Site Project Manager, and other stakeholders. /li liCommunicate and identify cross‑functional interdependencies. /li liBuild and track the testing schedule with the Program Manager, Site Project Manager, and appropriate stakeholders. /li liIdentify dependencies, evaluate risks/issues, and communicate status to the Project Manager and appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across the project. /li liProvide global status reporting on behalf of workstream leads and IT. /li liSupport the Global Program Manager and Site Project Manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of the testing activities. /li liConduct testing meetings (Business IT) and share related minutes. /li liPrepare testing status reports and documentation to keep the Program Manager, Project Manager and onsite project sponsors informed of testing activities progress and potential risks/roadblocks so they can take appropriate action. /li /ul h3Role For SAP Security Access Activities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the BDY ExM SAP security access strategy for all functional areas in collaboration with project stakeholders. /li liAct as a liaison between the end user and the security team. /li liManage the site provisioning and User Access Review (UAR). /li liConduct or moderate security access meetings (Business IT) and share related minutes. /li liSupport the project team to deliver according to the plan. /li liProactively engage and energize the team members to build and execute the testing plan as per targeted timelines. /li /ul h3Our Client Is Looking For Someone Who Has /h3 ul liComputer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent. /li liMinimum 10+ years’ project testing and SAP security access expertise in pharma, ERP systems implementation – preferably SAP and GxP systems implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included. /li liPharmaceutical, biotechnology, life science industry experience. /li liExperience in ERP systems (preferably SAP) implementation. /li liImplementation of other standalone and interconnected computerized systems supporting production activities. /li liProficiency in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV). /li liAwareness of 21‑CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other regulatory compliance requirements. /li liFamiliar with change management processes and tools and regulated document authoring. /li liStrong experience in driving project management. /li liStrong capability to manage Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects. /li liAgile, flexible, autonomous in analysis, problem‑solving and achieving deliverables. /li liService‑oriented mindset. /li liBusiness acumen. /li liStrong relationship and collaboration skills (verbal and written) with IT and business both global and onsite stakeholders. /li liConstructive influencing of colleagues to a positive outcome. /li /ul h3The Below Skills Are a Plus /h3 ul liPMP certification or equivalent. /li liBusiness Analysis (BA) experience. /li liServiceNow PM module knowledge. /li /ul pOnly applicants eligible to work in Switzerland will be considered – e.g., Swiss national, current Swiss work permit holder or cross‑border EU citizen. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
