The time for hiding is over. Today, it’s authentic, casual and local. Nevertheless, Hide & Seek keeps the charm of the undiscovered and the taste of excitement. Inspired by Asia, the Orient and the Occident, sweet, salty, bitter, spicy and sour meet here like unfamiliar forces and together trigger unexpected explosions of flavor. In this role, you are jointly responsible for the smooth operation of your work area and support the Chef de partie in the preparation of dishes, ordering processes, and checks relating to quality, hygiene, and safety.
