Role Overview:
As Business Developer in Geneva, you will drive Bolster's growth in Europe, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and partnership development. This role requires a strong commercial mindset and experience in financial or consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Switzerland and Europe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions.
• Present Bolster's service offerings to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to deliver client solutions.
• Represent Bolster at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development/sales experience in consulting, finance, or corporate services.
• Strong network in Swiss/European financial or corporate sectors.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
