Your main tasks & responsibilities
* Planning of details of events and room reservation for up to 250 people, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up- and cross-selling.
* Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting customers on site.
* Carrying out site inspections.
* Administrative assistance of the Event Sales and Event Planning Team in the planning of events of up to 1500 people.
* Handover of events to the operational departments.
* Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
* Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.
