In order to strengthen our Management and Real Estate Development service, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid legal expertise related to real estate and project management. You will act as a cross-functional reference, ensuring legal security, regulatory compliance, adherence to the budget, scheduling, and overall management of real estate projects, in close collaboration with internal teams and partners.Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate real estate promotion projects.- Analyze and secure the legal aspects of projects: property law and land use, lease law, partnerships with companies, architects, etc., advising management and teams on legal and regulatory risks.- Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts related to projects.- Ensure the monitoring of procedures, deadlines, budgets, and legal requirements.- Be the main contact for authorities, notaries, bankers, and other partners.- Contribute to internal processes and real estate regulatory monitoring.What we offer you:- A role with responsibilities at the core of the company’s projects.- A stable work environment with varied and high-value projects.- A corporate culture based on quality, ethics, and sustainable development.- Superior social conditions.Profile:- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in law (Swiss law), ideally complemented by experience in real estate.- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, in real estate.- Excellent knowledge of Geneva and Swiss real estate law.- Proven experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects.- Analytical skills, rigor, sense of priorities, and excellent legal writing capability.- Comfort with consulting roles and advisory posture.- Perfect command of French; good knowledge of English or German is an asset. jid876f063aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
