Our unique technology allows us to produce highly precise and innovative microcapsules that empower materials to unlock new capabilities; all tailored to various markets from cosmetics to nutraceutical and pharma. Our first commercialized products are now on the market and include cosmetic skin serum and encapsulated fine fragrance. We are opening new markets working with world-class companies as customers. /liliYou will help solidify and improve our processes. /li /ulh3Your role will include: /h3ulliWorking with a team of Production Associates, engineers, and formulation specialists to deliver great quality products to our customers. /liliIndependent operation, monitoring, and cleaning of our bespoke high-tech production plants. /liliCoordinating and supporting the supply of necessary raw materials and the production of intermediates. /liliTeamwork with the industrialization team to fine-tune the process parameters. /liliPrecise execution and documentation of work instructions in-process controls. /liliSupport troubleshooting of out-of-spec (OOS) productions in collaboration with the Quality Development Team. /liliTroubleshooting and execution of minor repairs maintenance work. /liliProcess and plant optimization including reduction of waste within the framework of LEAN and Shop floor management. /liliCompliance with our safety, quality, and hygiene standards. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
