Your Role
* As part of the Design Organization (DOA PART-21J), reporting to the Chief Independent Monitoring, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring compliance with documented processes and the design organization handbook during the release of deliverables.
* Maintaining the required quality level in deliverables.
* Providing independent assurance that planned life cycle processes and standards are followed through inspections, reviews, and milestone design reviews.
* Verifying that product life cycle data complies with established processes, standards, and industry guidelines.
* Participating proactively in product development to ensure quality and incorporate lessons learned.
* Participating in change control boards (CCBs).
* Supporting audits (internal/external) with the Chief of Independent Monitoring.
Your Profile
* You have demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a rapidly changing environment, including:
* University degree in Quality, Engineering.
* 3+ years experience in quality, preferably in EASA Part 21 subpart J aerospace.
* 3+ years experience with AS9100 standards is a plus.
* Knowledge of DO-254, DO-178, and ARP4754A standards is a plus.
* Proven success in driving operational excellence in quality.
* Analytical, structured, independent working style with a macro-overview capability.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Fluency in English (oral and written); French is an asset.
* Working knowledge of PLM tools and ERP systems.
* Experience implementing AS9100 and understanding of EASA and Part 21 regulatory requirements in aerospace organizations.
