Job Description
As interim Finance Director for our Swiss operations, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and HR-related matters. You will act as a critical bridge between local operations and group-level Finance and People teams.
Requirements
* Finance Leadership: Responsible for overseeing both Finance and supporting Human Resource functions in (Switzerland) AG (CMCH)
* Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for both Finance and Human Resource functions in CMCH.
* BOD Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present management information, including forecasting, revenue, debtors, and financial modelling to support strategic planning.
* Account Management: Oversee the maintenance of accounts for CMCH, including the preparation of the accounts for reporting purposes.
* Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective internal control system.
* Audit Leadership: Lead financial audits in collaboration with the appointed audit firm.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENC Needed For This Role
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Qualified Accountant.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a management role.
* Strong understanding of tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for finance and HR functions.
* Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
* Experience leading financial audits and maintaining internal control systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
