This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in group accounting consolidation and complex reporting environments who enjoys getting hands-on while keeping a strategic view. Youll work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders helping build structure transparency and best-in-class financial processes.What will you doGroup Accounting & Consolidation:Monthly group financial consolidationEnsuring consistent application documentation and continuous improvement of group accounting policies (Swiss GAAP)Overseeing statutory accounts and audits in coordination with external auditorsInternal Controls & Processes::Designing implementing and continuously improving internal control systems (ICS) and finance governance in line with best practiceStrengthening financial controls closing discipline and documentation across the groupSupporting risk management and ensuring compliance with internal policies bank covenants and external requirementsManagement Reporting Budgeting & Performance::Producing high-quality monthly management and Board reporting including KPI tracking variance analysis and performance insightsCoordinating and consolidating group budgets forecasts and multi-year plansMaintaining robust budget-to-actual reporting at entity and group levelSupporting reporting requirements for banks lenders and other external stakeholdersFinance Operations & Systems:Improving and professionalizing finance processes tools and workflows across entitiesDriving continuous improvement in efficiency accuracy and scalability of finance operationsSupporting finance-related aspects of M&A integrations and structural changes as requiredWhat do we expectDegree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline; Swiss CPA ACCA ACA or equivalent qualification strongly preferredA minimum of 8 years of relevant experience including:35 years with a top-tier audit firm followed by Senior controlling / group accounting roles in an international industrial technology or mid-market environmentStrong hands-on experience with group consolidation and multi-entity reporting internal controls audit processes and governanceExperience operating in structured international organizations with demanding reporting standardsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and consolidation systems (SAP or similar)High integrity strong sense of ownership and accountabilityHands-on detail-driven and execution-focused with the ability to zoom out when neededComfortable working across cultures and time zones in an international environmentConfident communicator who can interact effectively with management Board members auditors and banksPragmatic solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement mentalityFluent language skills in English are required German is a strong plusOur offerCompetitive remuneration packageFlexible working hoursTeam building events and company activitiesOpportunities for professional developmentFree car parkingIf youre a collaborative pragmatic team player who thrives in an international setting wed love to hear from you.For this position we only consider direct applications via our platform.About usWe are on a mission to protect the built world with software sensors and data.
