Your mission
* Advise and support internal business units in contract management, especially in the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts.
* Proactively support internal process improvements.
* Revise and supplement sample contracts, create checklists and participate in working groups.
* Organise shareholders’ general meetings.
* Manage independent internal projects or represent the legal topics in such projects.
* Ensure the implementation of internal and external compliance and other regulatory requirements.
* Conduct internal training and workshops.
* Address legal issues and implement solutions.
Your profile
* Successfully completed a master’s degree in Swiss law, ideally supplemented by the Swiss bar exam.
* About 3 to 5 years of professional experience as in‑house counsel or in a similar function.
* Desirable: in‑depth knowledge of the construction sector or a strong affinity for this area.
* Business‑oriented, independent and structured work with a high‑quality awareness.
* Mother‑tongue German; business‑fluent in English; French is an advantage.
