We’re looking for you: an experienced professional with a hands-on mindset, strong customer focus, and a confident, polished presence.
What you’ll do:
* Lead CX digital transformation projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Empower project teams and inspire clients with your confident, empathetic leadership style.
* Take ownership of program management in large-scale projects and coordinate partner companies.
* Advise clients on optimizing processes, organizations, and customer experiences—focusing on best practices, real-world use cases, and data strategies in sales.
* Keep a sharp eye on scope, budget, resources, timelines, and quality.
* Share your expertise in presales activities and support our sales team.
What you’ll bring:
* 5–10 years of experience in IT projects or consulting, ideally with external clients.
* A hands-on approach—you make things happen.
* Strong skills in stakeholder and expectation management.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence at every level—from front-line staff to the C-suite.
* Passion for CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) and CX topics.
* Fluency in German and English.
* High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
