Ph3Our mission /h3 pConstructor’s mission is to enable all educational organisations to provide high-quality digital education to 10x people with 10x efficiency. /p pWith strong expertise in machine intelligence and data science, Constructor’s all-in-one platform for education and research addresses today’s pressing educational challenges: access inequality, tech clutter, and low engagement of students. /p pTeam Lead: Subject Matter Experts is responsible for leading SME team operations and driving the development of high-quality educational content and digital experiments across K‑12 and Higher Ed science, medical, literacy, and mathematics domains. The role combines team leadership, cross-functional project coordination, subject matter oversight, and support for strategic initiatives such as proposals, presales, and external collaborations. This person acts as a key link between SMEs, Product, Design, Unity/Development, and Learn teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high scientific, pedagogical, and accessibility standard. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Team leadership and cross‑functional coordination /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate the work of SMEs, managing workloads, priorities, and content quality /li liAct as the main bridge between SMEs, Product, Design, Unity/Development, and Learn teams to ensure requirements are delivered on schedule /li liOversee workflow and ticketing processes, including task creation, follow‑up, and final content checks before formal QA /li liLead requirement gathering for new content and translate pedagogical and subject‑specific needs into clear, actionable tasks /li /ul h3Content ownership and development /h3 ul liOversee experiment and content design, review, and technical requirements across relevant domains, including science, medicine, literacy, and mathematics /li liReview UI/UX, assets, and learning flows to ensure scientific or pedagogical accuracy and alignment with learning goals /li liEnsure content is designed and reviewed in line with accessibility standards, including WCAG and other relevant educational accessibility requirements /li liSupport the full lifecycle of content and experiment development, from concept through production readiness /li /ul h3Strategic support and external collaboration /h3 ul liContribute to research proposals, presales activities, and supporting documentation for strategic partnerships and new business opportunities /li liCollaborate with academic advisors, researchers, and other experts to ensure content and documentation meet required standards /li liPrepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders when needed /li /ul h3Support for key client engagements /h3 ul liSupport large or strategic client engagements where SME input is required, particularly for onboarding, implementation guidance, or resolving subject‑specific content questions /li liProvide expertise to help ensure correct setup and use of experiments and learning content in collaboration with internal platform teams /li liTrack usage and adoption of experiments or learning content for selected institutions and provide reporting when needed /li /ul h3Skills and competencies /h3 h3Leadership and coordination /h3 ul liStrong team leadership and coordination skills /li liAbility to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively /li liStrong project management and organizational skills /li /ul h3Communication and stakeholder management /h3 ul liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, teachers, academic advisors, and external partners /li liConfidence in presenting projects, reports, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Content and product execution /h3 ul liAbility to translate scientific, pedagogical, and customer needs into structured requirements and deliverables /li liAbility to review content, assets, and product flows for educational quality, subject accuracy, and usability /li liGood understanding of accessibility requirements, including WCAG or similar relevant standards /li liHigh attention to detail and strong quality standards /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Academic background /h3 ul liMaster’s or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related discipline /li /ul h3Professional experience /h3 ul liExperience in subject matter expert work, educational content development, or digital learning products /li liExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams such as Product, Design, Development, or platform teams /li liExperience working with multiple subject areas or with SME teams across different domains is strongly preferred /li /ul h3Additional advantages /h3 ul liFamiliarity with workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira or YouTrack /li liExperience with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liChoice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.) /li liEnglish classes (iTalki – $130 monthly) /li liFlexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET) /li liNewborn bonus (€500 per child) /li liPatent remuneration /li liPaid leave /li liRemote work in locations without our offices /li liHybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote) /li /ul pConstructor fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
