CONTEXT
The Data & Analytics Product Owner plays a key role in ensuring the high-quality and business relevance of Data, Analytics & AI Product deliveries, in line with the Group Data Strategy. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, from July 2025 to April 2026.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Lead Data, Analytics & AI Products Roadmap: Drive product roadmaps on data foundations, analytics, and AI solutions. Collaborate with Group Platforms Product Owners to prioritize requirements, optimize resource allocation, and maximize business value. Conduct impact analysis with stakeholders to identify dependencies and risks for smooth product launches.
Orchestrate Product Delivery: Manage delivery of central Data, Analytics & AI initiatives within the Group Technology Data Platforms team. Engage stakeholders across Maisons, Functions, and Regions, translating business strategies into technical solutions. Manage backlogs and monitor KPIs for visibility and data-driven decisions.
Data, Analytics & AI Products Processes: Streamline product and demand management processes. Develop support materials and guidelines for Data Product Management at central and group levels. Establish effective collaboration practices across stakeholders.

Play a pivotal role in major global initiatives for Richemont and its Maisons.
**Education and Experience:**
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar role, managing global products or technology programs, preferably in the luxury industry.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and top management.
**Product Management Skills:**
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, focusing on development and delivery.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization based on business value.
Proficiency with product management tools to facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
**Technical Skills:**
Solid technical background with understanding of development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud applications.
Interest and knowledge in data, cloud, and related technologies; experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Knowledge of data foundations, BI, AI, ML, including Generative AI, is advantageous.
**Leadership and Communication:**
Ability to lead product vision and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills to meet business priorities without compromising the product vision.
