Your main responsibilities
1. Own the monthly financial reporting for designated group entities and subject areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group standards.
2. Support and advise group companies on the accounting treatment of complex transactions and deliver training on consolidation and reporting tools.
3. Drive group-wide activities during the monthly closing process, including system preparation, intercompany reconciliations, and capital consolidation.
4. Act as a Key User for the reporting tool (SAP BPC), ensuring smooth operations and addressing dependencies with SAP ERP and SAP BW.
5. Prepare and review assigned sections of the IFRS annual and semi-annual reports and collaborate with external auditors.
6. Contribute to cross-functional and group-wide initiatives, with a strong focus on process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
Your profile
7. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
8. At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an international environment.
9. Advanced knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes, with solid knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
10. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and SAP BPC is advantageous.
11. A structured, analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data quality.
12. A collaborative, hands-on attitude with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
13. Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
14. Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements in finance processes.
