Global Communication Manager — Teoxane Laboratories
Teoxane Laboratories, established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003, designs and manufactures hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. The company focuses on global patient care and supports practitioners in achieving natural results. Teoxane operates with independence and a human-centric approach.
In the frame of our growth, we are seeking a Global Communication Manager to lead our communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in global communication, with a proven track record in managing internal and external communications and contingency situations. This role will also provide crucial support to affiliates and train local marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication
* Serve as trusted communications advisor to leaders, providing ongoing counsel and support for written and verbal communications.
* Develop presentation materials and expand executives’ external presences through thought leadership activities.
* Collaborate closely with CHRP to inform and engage employees through effective communication channels and strategies.
* Lead and execute strategic internal communications programs, including quarterly town hall meetings and regular updates.
* Manage the internal communications calendar and create engaging content for various channels.
External Communication
* Manage corporate messaging, brand perception, and stakeholder relations to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
* Partner with communication and PR colleagues to support executive visibility and campaigns, including conferences, events, media relations, and social platforms.
* Be the point person for media monitoring, coordinating with agency partners, maintaining media coverage trackers, and managing media relations inbox.
* Develop and oversee high-quality content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and the company website.
* Collaborate with the Social Media & Influence function to align with global strategy and ensure consistency across platforms and influencer activations.
* Anticipate, mitigate, and manage contingency plans to protect the company’s reputation with clear communication plans.
* Develop and implement contingency protocols and procedures.
* Coordinate with senior leadership and relevant departments during contingency plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination and business continuity.
Global Partnerships
* Provide strategic communication guidance and support to global teams and affiliates, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across markets and channels.
* Define and monitor communication KPIs and lead capability-building for local teams through training and best-practice sharing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and media.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in global communication, in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector, focusing on internal and external communications and thought leadership.
* Ability to advise senior leaders on strategic messaging and executive visibility.
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills across internal and external channels.
* Strong expertise in shaping brand reputation and managing stakeholder engagement.
* Successful track record in leading internal communication programs that drive employee engagement.
* Experience in developing and executing crisis communication strategies.
* Skilled in training and supporting local teams to ensure global consistency.
* Proficient with media monitoring tools (e.g., ARGUS, Brandwatch, Cision) for insights and reporting.
* Effective collaborator across global, multicultural teams and functions.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
