Job Responsibilities
1. Establishing and leading the Swiss branch
2. Developing and managing strategic and operational business in the Swiss market
3. Identifying new business opportunities
4. Developing and implementing sales strategies
5. Close cooperation with the Italian-based parent company
6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
7. Preparing reports and tracking the company's performance in Switzerland
Candidate Requirements
1. Solid experience in sales or management in the tourism industry, ideally in the field of tailor-made tours
2. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with clients and partners
3. Experience with intelligent software solutions in the tourism sector is advantageous
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficial
5. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently at strategic and operational levels
