This position is based in our Dietikon, Switzerland office and requires a valid Swiss work permit.
What you'll do
- Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies for our Media Solution business
- Set annual and quarterly business plans
- Lead team of key account managers to achieve sales and profit targets and maintain continuous growth
- Develop team members to support their growth and performance
- Expand the business in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction
- Report on sales performance, ISM status
- Participate in sales events, trade fairs and annual meetings with top customers/buying groups
Required qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree, focusing on business administration or in similar area
- Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing working experience in the consumer electronics Industry
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills
- Agile mindset and strong sense of ownership
Preferred qualifications
- Fluency in French
- At least 4 years experience in TV business sales
