You will be responsible for the following tasks:Providing technical leadership for offers by designing solutions and deliverables, defining tools, identifying risks, and estimating effortsLeading the technical part of projects, making critical decisions to ensure project successLeading client workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with project goalsDesigning and building architectures for complex software systems in the Java Enterprise ecosystemIdentifying, anticipating, and mitigating technical risks to ensure project stability and successProviding developers and system integrators with technical leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environmentProviding consulting services to clients, offering strategic advice and technical solutions to meet their business needsEnsuring the completeness and accuracy of technical specifications and documentationWhat we're looking forA bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university of applied sciences/university) in computer science5 or more years of experience in technical leadership, as well as architecting and developing complex projects (more than 10 team members) in the Java Enterprise ecosystemBackend experience with Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer or MySQL/MariaDB, Redis etc.Frontend experience with mobile (iOS, Android, hybrid), Angular, and ReactPractical experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker, as well as cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or GCP)Proven experience in a consulting role, with a track record of successfully delivering client-focused solutionsProven experience with state-of-the-art architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless architectures, SOA) and a commitment to continuous learningExperience in leading client engagements, including workshops, meetings, and presentationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levelsProficiency in German and EnglishCloud architect certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plusIdeally, completed iSAQB CPSA-F or TOGAF Foundation training/certificationAbout AdnovumWe are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
